haha ok back on topic now, ive been lookin at these lights, but i want them to have the right color spectrum. how do i know what to look for in a cfl? Thanks guys

For a CFL, you'd want the 5k for veg and the 2400 for flower. Basically, at wal-mart get the soft white cfl.
