I have too many leaves on my plant, can anyone tell me why or what I'm doing wrong?

Do you really mean that your plant has too many leaves, or do you mean that your leaves have too many blades? Because your picture is of one leaf with 11 blades.

whether you have too many blades or leaves neither is a problem, in fact it means your plant is very happy, keep doing what you are doing.
