Hi all here's my situation
Haven't smoked or flirted with smoking in roughly a month give or take a few days.
have a test coming up.
Wanna be on the safe side.

Help based on fact is wanted

Sounds like you shld pass.....how hvy a smoker were you prior to quitting? How is your metabolism? Activity level?

b4, rarely did i skip days. becuz of work im no where near as active as i shld be. im about the size of a defensive end

They sell home kits I believe....pass it and you shld pass the real deal. If you are really worried you can go the synthetic urine route. I bought my wife some for her job interviews....have not used it yet because the economy sucks so bad she has not gotten to the pee test part....
