The Madera County Narcotics Task Force eradicated their first marijuana grow this season as part of "Operation Summer Harvest."

The task force pulled 16,346, which they found growing in 7 different plots in O'Neals. Officers say that the grow could have been worth $50 million had it had time to harvest.

In addition to the marijuana plants, agents also found drip lines, numerous bags of fertilizer, pesticides and other deadly chemicals found near the plants as well as a nearby stream.

Officers have yet to capture the owner of the marijuana.
