outside grow in europe

I know conditions are, far from "ideal" in the UK, but I have known some that had pretty good success.

Hey there, a couple years back i chucked a few seeds out in my garden just for an experiment and they seemed to do ok, and i didnt tend them at all and im also in a colder area of the uk. so im sure its possible to get a reasonable result here in the uk. I think there was a post on hardier strains of outdoor plants somewhere on the forum, this maybe useful to you.
