Please help me identify issue on leaf

Yellow spots. Bug bites? Nutrients?

Other side of leaf.
I have a month to go before harvest. Everything has been great. Minimal bugs.
I had to add some blood-meal a couple of weeks ago and have been using cal-mag. Cleared up my issues for most part.

I wouldn't worry about the yellow spots on the top leaf but the pm or eggs on the under leaf. But It's late and I am stoned.

Leaf septoria I believe. Never had it but I am sure there is plenty of info out there to help minimize the damage. Good luck.
