yup. Is that plant in flower? If not you can still save it. Sulphur burn , safer fungicide, hydrogen peroxide. Like herpes, it will always be there. However if you can keep it from spore outbreaks it seems to go away. Good luck but get er dun.....

Good point it could be residual from something. Hopefully that is what it is. The OG BioWar leaves a sediment that looks something like that if I use it before the sediment settles to the bottom.

Check the other plants its rare to hit just one plant ..neem oil is your buddy
