Mount some nonconductive hooks on the wall over the outlets and out of the splash zone, and hang the velcroed coils of cord off them.

I mounted a 2' x 4' piece of pegboard on 2 x 2 "legs" and zip tied it to the tent posts. You can get a whole lot of different kinds of peg board clips and mounts so that you can hang about anything you want to from it.
