pre-flowering on only one side

ok, well ive got one plant. and a couple weeks ago i tied her down and put her into flowering. the only problem is since ive tied her down, only parts of my plant have started growing pre-flowers. The ones on the underside or facing away from the light dont really look like there doing



is this normal or should i like...rotate the plant or something? or am i just worrying about nothing?
