big low pressure system came through and that is one of my main triggers


i am sure the mashed potatoes and chocolate pudding didnt help , but ho-le-fuk , it was better than chicken gravy

Swede tries to get me to have a few tokes when i get sick and sometimes i do

but most of the time a toke does not help when dealing with a migraine , at least not for me

now if i get a cold or allergies , ganja really helps me in those situations

ice , cold room , no noise , and darkness

and that is what they do to me at the ER , usually put me in an operating room where it is cold….but i also get a shot of happy juice at the ER and in a couple hours i am good

if i dont have the happy juice , it is a 12-24 hours train ride from hades , so yeah , i am about to get off the train , a few more hours and i will be able to put the birds to bed and do my evening chores

I too had the bad when I was in my late 20's early to mid 30's

i need to buy a blood pressure thingy

i use an oxy-meter , shows level of oxygen and heartbeat but thats it

97 oxygen and 92 heartbeats right now

4 out of 13 kids we got them…from my mom, she suffered all her life with migraines

so i guess it is a genetic thing

mine started about 30 years ago

the frequency has went way down after i started consuming large amounts of cannabis……

Is that at rest
97 O2 level is Good
92 HR is higher than most at rest, but not bad
Do you always run that high at rest?
Could also be related to the pain.
