**Really Need Help**

I am new to growing,And I wann start soon,But there are a few qustions I havent figured out.

I found this lamp

Will I be cool with just one of those lamps?
I have 10 seeds coming soon.

And when I plant I am supposed to put more then one seed in a pot right?How many should I put in one pot and how much water do I feed it each day.

So far, this is all I need help on.

BTW:This is where I got my seeds from,Just making sure it is reliable.

Welcome to MP budsmokersonly. The first link you have shows only a ballast which means you will have to also buy the light and reflector. You only want to plant one plant per pot. You should only have to water your plants every 3 or 4 days. Not sure about that seed bank as i have never heard of them. How big is your grow room?
