If you put a seed that was degermination in drit and nothing grow at all would it be ok to replant a new seed in the same dirt, or start new?

make sure you find the first seed and throw it away before you plant the new seed.

If you don't do this, you risk having 2 plants sprout up (causing mixed roots).

But using the same dirt is not a problem.

Just dont use dirt that you grew a plant in. The salt content will be verry high and will likely have Ph problums as the old plant matter breaks down. But as Bear said. It'll be ok to start a new seed in yours.
