Have two plants in an air put 15l, the roots are now growing out side of the pot, going out side from the bottom of the pot.
What I do? Leave them? Cut them?

Just leave them, they will die off and prune themselves. That's the point of the air pots.

Every now and then in my smart pots I'll have roots sticking out the sides and bottoms. I was always told this means your doing something right.
