I have been making rso with 99.9 isopropyl alcohol and would really like to make it another way but where I am I am unable to get 200 proof alcohol can somebody please help me find the 200 proof or school me in another way.... I make it for vets and elderly who suffer so any help would be awesome thanks for your time
