Running Vertical Lights a Benefit or Waste? (Pic Included)

I picked up these 4 four footers and placed them on vertical in the closet. I have provided pics of the setup, please let me know if there will be a benefit.

I have also implemented my other floros above the plants, almost surrounding them with light.

24/7 Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated.

The more the better, enclose any open sides with Mylar or foil to contain the light.

verts work very well.. especially when inclosed nicely... plus a plant can grow into them and usually not get too burnt.
