Can seeds be sent to Canada legally? Also, are those sites dependable? and is it worth buying "feminized"?

Toronto420seedbank is where i got mine from and i got some Skunk69 feminized and we will see if they come out female.! make a nice mother out of one of them

Lagally? I don't know butyou can order them from here- www.drchronic.com . It's where I order from and I have a 100% delivery rate. I wouldn't buy feminized seeds...feminized doesn't mean they are female just that you have a better chance of growing females. Buy the reg packs and during the third week of veg keep the soil moist, temps low(around 75), nitrogen high and try to grow under nothing but blue lights(cool bulbs). This increases the chances of your plants being female! Good luck!
