To put it overly simply you need 3 things:
A warm, dark, moist area.
I do this by taking a couple sheets of paper towel, getting them moist with luke warm water, placing seeds on paper towel, rolling up paper towel (like a huge doobie
), putting the paper towel in an un-sealed ziplock bag to keep the moisture in, roll up the ziplock baggie so now the seeds are rolled up in the paper towel and the paper towel is rolled up in the ziplock baggie, again this is to keep the moisture in so you don't have to be continuously spraying the seeds and disturbing them. Once this is done, place the ziplock baggie in a dark, warm place and check it once a day. I recieve a minimum of 80% seed to plant success rate using this method. Very effective IMO.
