After my little girls germinate, should I keep them in the rockwool plugs they are currently in? Or should I try and take them out and put them in the soil without the rockwool? Any advice...

If you try to remove them from rockwool there's 99% chance you'll break root

Leave them in, you'll never get them out without casuing at least some damage, most likely a serious amount of it. They will grow right through to whatever you put them in.

Ok, they will go in as is. Dont want to mess up the tap root that is for sure.

The little tiny hairs on the tap and other roots are equally important and very easy to damage.
