Very odd cartoon method used. They moved about stiffly, like South Park.

The oddest thing was that when they spoke, a human mouth and lips was on the stiff non moving cartoon face. Don't remember any other cartoon that did that. Sort of creepy.

Does anyone remember Mr Baxter on Capt Kangaroo? He had to use a hand beater as an outboard motor on one episode. And the guy who wore green jeans? What was his name? Mr something…

There was a rabbit, Bunny Rabbit as well. A hand puppet. Seems like their was another animal, a Moose puppet? Maybe another show bleeding over.

we watched Clutch , Crusader , Heckle and Jekyll , and drank out milk watching Sheriff Johns Lunch Brigade

We had Cactus Pete. Deputy Dog came on, a long with Musky the musk rat and Vincent van gopher. Vincent wore a little artist hat, and was always asking "what happened, what happened?" Because of his poor eyesite. Came on around 6. Heckle and Jeckle, great old cartoons. Mighty Mouse too. The Huckleberry Hound show was great too . Remember snaggletooth the tiger? "Exit stage left."
