Slugs

Hey guys quick question What is a good way to keep slugs away from my babies? They are going to town on two of them but pretty much leave the others alone. Tried moving pots but its not working, They keep going for them.. Any suggestions would be helpful.. Thanks

Since they are in pots just pour a ring of salt around the pot on the ground.

Put some saw dust around your pots they hate crawling threw it .

I had 5 plants in the ground that the slugs devastated. I bought some "slug and snail bait" by Garden Safe, replanted and scattered the pellets around. The slugs are kept at bay and the bait is very cheep.

A tupperware lid full of beer, they wont touch your plants, they go in the beer and drown, every morning i have 5-10 dead slugs.

Egg shells will also work. Anything rough like that will work.

I use "Ortho Bug Geta" It's a snail and slug killer, works awesome. I got it at Walmart and Aubuchon.

Most the store bought products work, but beaware most of them are poision to your pets.
