The health of the plant looks good, i wouldn't worry about that little spot.

Okay they are in FFHF and about to be moved into 5 gal buckets...im gonna have a 400w hps light for them and anything else you need to know please ask...everyone's info is helpful

Looks to me like a water droplet left on the leaf and the light may have scorched it! Otherwise looking healthy!

Thanks.. Green mojo to you too...and that is probably it bc I was spraying with a water bottle the other day...i never thought about that, thanks

There is really no advantage to spraying your plants with a water bottle. Is there a reason that you are doing it?

I agree with Rose, they will love to be transplanted into bigger pots

No not really I always spray when they are seedlings...i just pour out of a distilled water, bottle

is there a better way?

Yes, once they break the surface, just water them like normal.

Spraying with water can (and did) give you a burn spot on your leaf that will never heal. There really is not reason to spray a plant with plain water.
