Whats up toyberman. Do you only have one plant? If so what you are seeing are not seeds but male flowers.

If your plant is 1 month old (from seed) and full of seeds, it's not marijuana.

Some people mistake male pollen sacs for seeds.

Either/or I'd kill it, unless you want to pick and smoke the leaves.

I assume what you mean is "how do I grow buds?"
The answer: read a grow book. It will give you step-by-step instructions on how to grow lots of buds.
