I am not familiar with bud rot. Never had it but they look great to me. What makes you think they have something wrong. They should be hanging in the dark at somewhere between 50 and 60 rh.

this is what I’ve had to pull from inside some of my largest buds. Hoping I got it all and it doesn’t spread. Plants are in darkness 50% rh with small fan and dehumidifier

Lets talk about what happened and the conditions that caused it later...right now save what you can. Keep the humidity as low as you can for the next 24 hrs.

Correction, I would cut off all that dead plant material now and keep a fan on the rest.
That’s what I’ve done. What I’ve saved has no dark pieces anywhere. I’m going to dry these buds separately and just see what happens. I did Save this branch after trimming Off the bad stuff above.

The weather has been weird again and I would say Yes to Bud Rot
I am getting it in my top buds too. I have been taking the affected bud area off and leaving the rest still growing with good results.
Just trim out the rot like you have making sure to dip and wash your Trimmers with strong ISO in between buds if not taking down whole plant (Rot will spread from the spores on them) .
The bud drying should be fine But keep an eye out if it starts to look funky.
