yea you have quite a bit of space from the light to the plant you could lower it some just be careful of the temps.

every morning put your hand on the top of the plant. if its to hot lower the plants. You should avoid burning the plant as long as you can hold your hand there.

Try put a fan pointing upwards blowing heat up off the lamp if its too hot

the dark colors on leaf stems not a big deal, more importantly look if the leaves are all green, the cam isnt very clear but generally lookin good
