Stretching airy bud problem

I do not use cooltubes as they suck for reflecting light. I use Easy Cool 6 hoods from HTG.

I checked out those hoods. Is the clear part tempered glass? Is it fully enclosed with an exhaust fan or is there intake venting. I would like to try to build one, but that curved glass looks hard unless it is flexible. If it's flexible, it's got to be Plexiglas or plastic, and u would think that would discolor and melt.

..only 'tempered' glass will survive the heat.. whether it be a cool-tube or an enclosed good, use tempered glass..
both need an intake and an exhaust, but "probably" only need an extraction fan..

I still have heat stress problems. My plants elongnate at the end of cycle and my yield sucks. The weed is Da' Bomb though I think, as I let my mama season, The yield will improve. It's 8 months old. I should start new seeds.
