There are 2 temperatures. The ambient temp and the micro climate at the surface of the plant. The temp at the surface of plant can get much higher than the ambient temp. Using a fan across the tops of the plants eliminate the micro climate.

My girls are doing well with 80+ temperature

Like Umbra said. A fan blowing across the plants is not just for strengthening stems. It also allows you to cool the plants. I rode out higher temps than that when I used to grow in the Summer. You are fine.
