after the seed sprouts, what size cup is best to start l h how long, n could i put a few holes at the bottom so the soil doesn'tget soagy ??

Solo cups work great, the 16oz version. Make sure you don't get the clear ones. Definitely poke holes in the bottom.

will i will b growing it inside for sure,, under a T5, but wanted to make i'm doing things right
the first time ,, my health got in theway n had to quit.
