Transplant?

These are my niñas....actually el niño is the strain. They are 10 days old and in small pots to start. I am planning to do two transplants. One soon and then another right before flowering. The transplant right before flowering I am going to make my own dirt with guano and some other fertilizers. I want to know how they are doing and if I should transplant now? Thanx!
