Trouble with a plant!

i got some problems with one of my plants. it seems that the leaves are drooping down and the stem is turning dark green. theres no leafs in the center it looks like its just bare. please help!

What nutrients have you given and when?

How much water?

How big is your plant?

How old is your plant?

What size container is your plant in?

What type of light and how big is it?

well i have 2 75 watt grow lights i have a halogen light above that is 500 watts. and i have 2 25 watt grow lights. nutrients i have are boticare nutrients pure blend/bloom/.sweet/ tiger bloom vita grow water conditioner/ive been doing it once every two weeeks. my plant is probably.. 3 ft tall container that it is in would be a quarter sizerd holder in an aero garden system. im thinking of moving them all into soil before they die. pleas help me i dont want them to die!
