Using fungi's!!! Any advice welcome!!

I'm new to growing fungi's and innuculating my pots with it but how should I do it place this soil in a sock and make a tea or physically move it to the pots..this is soil Oates compost starter Ewc and great white

When inoculating with mycorrhizal fungi you sprinkle directly on the roots. Mycorrhizal fungi does not live without the presence of a plant. I see you got some kinda fungi growing but the great white is more then likely dead. You only brew tea to breed bacteria. If you have a plant that has fungi in the rhizosphere you can cut small pieces of roots to inoculate other plants.
