"VPD" for drying

Hi yall. So I am getting my dry tent ready for harvest. 60 degrees 60% humidity is the target, but I cannot get my temps that low.
My temp is 70, so what should my humidity be to keep as much terps as I can while drying slowly but not to cause mold? Should I raise it to 65-70 % humidity, or drop it down to 50-55% to counter the 70-degree temp which is 10 degrees higher than desired?

When you move to jars go back to 60%.

Once I go into jars? How do I regulate a sealed jar? The boveda packs?

I bought a 12 pack of the digital hydrometers off Amazon cheap.
I put one of those in the jar, continue to burp until hydrometer finally shows 62%.
Then add the humidity pack to keep it there.
