Weed dilates blood vessels when ur high. So if we do it a lot then yeah we will have more oxygen as those are opened up more.
If you want this same effect there are other ways to replicate this like exercise or things that can open up vessel safely more.

Not so fast. Some studies say the blood vessels expand. One thing is for sure the flow of blood in your brain speeds up.
