Week 6 into flowering, leaves are dying

I often have the problem of fan leaves browning and falling off after 4 to 6 weeks into flower but this is much worse. It started with brown spots on the leaves. Eventually, the brown spots get bigger and consume the leaf. And, it's not just on fan leaves this time.

It looks like pH problems but I use a nice Bluelab pH tester and I keep pH7 and 4 both to keep it calibrated. I am almost always between 6.2 and 6.8.

I am using the feeding schedule recommended by Fox Farms.

It is hard to get good pics with the HPS light on so I'll post some pics in a few minutes when the lights go off.
