What is this and how to fix it

Hi,

I am new to growing. I have a RDWC set up. These yellowish spots started showing up on one of my plants. The other is perfectly heathy. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I thought water spots at first but they seem to be getting worse. May still be exactly that but it does seem odd.

I would start worrying if the rest of the leaves develop the spots
