ok so i now have 3 plants about 4-5 inches tall outside 24 hrs a day......there 2 weeks 2 days now and they are growing slow......new leaves are growing but it aint getting bigger........they get atleast 8 hrs of sun a day depending on nature...shuld i dilute some pee and give it to them so they get a boost? o shuld i doo sumtin else??? also, what are the stages? veg, flowering???? exaclty at what point are the vegging, flowering, etc.....help would really be appreciated

I don't do outdoor growing, but it can be many things. Are you using any nutrients or checking ph? If your ph is too high or low you will havve problems on your hands. What kind of soil are they in? What kind of water do you water them with?

there in starter soil for plants, i give them purified water from faucet
