when to harvest ???

my buddy has a very nice BCN diesel.it appears to be close to harvest.the tricromes are clear or milky white.it is out doors.#1 what % of tri. need to be rust colored @harvest??? #2 can he dry in his shed ??? temps.are 65deg.high and 40 deg lows.will he need a humidifier in there ??? thanks for your help.

The % if amber tricomes is up to you. The more amber, the more couch lock
Yes you can dry in that temperature range. No you don't need a humidifier in there.
