where to acquire and how to use co2?

Hey guys, my sprouts are about 2 weeks in and looking good, and I'm preparing for the flowering stage, and am wondering where is the best place to acquire a co2 tank, and how should I administer it to the ladies? Looking forward to your posts, thanks in advance
