white suff on the plants

hi guys finally i decided to plant my own weed, but am having problem with em the leaf is becomin white n there are white flies on the plants i dunno if they causin it plz take a look
they are almost 2 weeks old

i think i had the same thing on a plant a while ago it was like littel white tracks through the leaf. i squeezed out these little yellow worms.. look on the bottom of your leaves if theres a yellow squiggle id say its that. was pretty noticable on mine anyway. once i squeezed them out of the leaves it was fine but my plant was bigger. some pesticide will be the answer id say anyway.

looks like you will be fine...The plant it self looks healthy...As the other member said look under the leaf for any buggies and treat them..The ladie will be fine..Happy Growing

i checkd em out but nuthin n if u noticed i have yellow on the edges

i hope it will be fine cuz i really check them every 2 ins wa8n em to grow n smoke them n i kinda spent over 200 bucks on fertilizer
how much time u think it needs to be ready for harvest ???

What kind of fertilizers did you buy that cost that kind of money?

IMO, you are going to need 2-1/2 to 3 months for that plant to be ready for harvest. Do you live in a place that will stay warm enough for it to finish? Keep in mind that you will most likely have some males which will need to be pulled to keep from pollinating the females. They are worthless to smoke.

i dont knw the difference btw male n female n i tried to readbut didnt get it, i bought more than 10 kinds :S i still till the first of oct then it get freezin wat am ganna do is build a green house around them
can u take a look at the pic n tell if its male or female ?????
