Young plant problem

I'm growing in house and garden soil under a 1000watt led for veg. All four plants are growing fine. There 2 weeks old. One of the plants that is suffering is the one plant I used different soil with. Older soil just to use up. I know, should of known better. None of the top leaves are showing any burnt tips and are not drooping. It is the bottom leaves that show signs of necrosis and its moved up to the next set of fan leaves. Maybe it could be mites but no other plants show these signs. Let me know your ideas. Benji
