Citizen's Arrest is only applicable to felonies. I don't believe that trespassing is a felony. Shooting somebody for trespassing is definitely excessive force. If you shoot somebody for trespassing, prepare yourself for a bunch of prison time.

That was my first thought too! A low flying "model" aircraft flying over my property without my permission is going to get an introduction to Mr. 12 guage.

I have some and haven't really been too worried about them. However, now that the buds are getting sticky the buds are acting like fly paper. I am sure that dead gnats do not makes the buds taste better!

You say that you looked at them at 3 AM. Was this during the dark cycle? If so, they were sleeping and you looked at them while they were laying down. They lift back up when they wake up!
