This plant seems to have darker hairs all of a sudden over the rest. I am at week 11-12 and the rest are not this dark. All trichomes are still clear. Am I still ok? any idea how much longer?

Hello somewhere I read keep lights on them 24/7 first 4 weeks is this correct? I am running 1000watt mh and the old school ballast and that is pretty hot was wondering if maybe im supposed to run 18/6 now or something. give the light some cool off time if nothing else. thanks

I germinated seeds in plugs and once they reached 2-3 inches (4-5 days i guess) i planted the plugs into full 1 gallon pots with soil. They seem to be falling over after about 2-3 days. Am i supposed to leave them in dark longer and let them grow longer roots or what?
