how long after i put into 12/12 should they start to show sex. and after they show i can take clones or put back into veg? thanx Hamster

can i take clones from them after while they are in 12/12, after i find out sex or is it safe to go back to 16/8? i want to know what they are. and i want a couple mother plants. argh i should have just went with the FEM seeds and bypassed all this.

still in veg. was thinking about putting into flower just long enough to sex then right back to veg.

no rooting hormone. put superthrive and an aspirin in the water i put the clones in before planting and put superthrive in the water i spray and water with. since it seems all i did is topped the plants i am not too worried about them. if the clones i took take then cool, if not i'll have more...

i have 4 plants that i just cut off the top 3 inches and stuck them in to hopefully clone. my ? is: what will my plants do? can take pics if needed.

just went ahead and planted all the seeds. they all dropped to the bottom of the cup. a total of 3 had either a tail or visibly cracked. wish me luck. :watchplant: 9 Nirvana Northern Lights seeds.

ok i am using soak method to germinate. i placed 5 seeds in a cup of distilled water, 1)they all floated, had two sprout "tails" in less than two days(planted these) 2) 3 sank to the bottom, no "tail" yet 3) dropped 4 more yesterday all 4 are floating, no tail yet. Floating means they are...

yup, i agree with goddess say you have 10 plants under 400w that give you 1.25lbs(20oz,2oz e) 20 plant 2.25lbs(40oz, still only 2oz e) 10 plant under 750w gives say 1.875lbs(30 oz, 3oz e) better light w/less plants = more bud

lets see 1. ur looking at 8sq/ft. id go 250w hps that puts out about 30,000Lumens. you want to shoot for about 3,000L per plant. 2. NO halogen lights. 3. shooting for 3,000L w/a 250W HPS you could do 10. but it really depends on the size of your pots. i think you could easily do 8 12" pots.

yup one step at a time. i really need to get the feeding schedule down for the EJ (i.e. how much to use, when to use it, how to mix, etc). think you might be able to help?
