I would run 20 on 4 off in veg. just My opinion. But you can take them outa veg for hours with no adverse affcts. As stated (I think??) When you switch over to 12/12 you just need to make sure dark cycle is absolutly dark, no red switches on power strips ect. Pitch black! B.P.
