Is it possible to take small plants in a 2" net pot that have 6 to 8" root systems and put them into a 4" net pot without doing them harm? Do you just put the roots on top of a bottom layer of hydroton and fill in around the roots? Will the roots find their way to the bottom of the 4" cup?

Is this over or under watering?

The lights are a few inches away. I'm using 1 6" airstone in an 8 gallon rez thats about 3/4 full. I'm thinking they are getting too much moisture with the fogger and the roots don't have a chance to ever dry out a little. I just turned the fogger off and will let them just use the DWC for today...
