Advice please

Could anyone advise me when to change over to flowering nutrients? I’m using Canna and their info sheet’s confusing me.
After switching to 12x12 should I carry on with Aqua Vega until first signs of fruit formation. Or should I just switch to Flores as soon as I change to the 12 hour period regardless?

Switch to the flowering nutes at 2 wks into 12/12, thats what I do.

What I do in between vegetation and flowering stages is use a transitional nutrient formula.

Since I use General Hydroponics 3 parts. My formula goes like so:
Numbers represent part FloraMicro, FloraGro, FloraBloom

Seedling/Clone = 1 - 1 - 1
Vegetation = 3 - 2 - 1
Transition = 1 - 1 - 1
Flowering = 1 - 2 - 3
Ripen = 0 - 2 – 3

I’ve never used Canna but I think the transition stage is similar…Just add equal parts of both
