i use 3 100w daylight lightbulbs..these are awesome!i have em in my rubbermaid growbox.1 bulb puts out 1300 lumens,its great,only uses 27 watts tho.my plants look good,just sharing the wealth to help anyone who may be looking for alternatives..

yes i do, if your speaking of the 100w equivilant CFL (spiral) bulbs.

I have 2 23w cfl's (spiral bulbs) that put out 1650 lumens each in my grow cabinet that I use to get my seeds, clones and smaller plants going, and begin to veg them, and then I have a MH for the rest. Check out my 2nd grow journal for the pics. They seem to work pretty good IMHO. Cheap too.
