Yeah, go ahead and get those warm whites; they will help add more light in the correct spectrum of color.
I used to use tin foil for reflectivity until I learned that it wasn't good to use. I then painted my closet flat white. If I understand correctly, the reflectivity of flat white is between 75% and 85%; whereas, titanium white paint and mylar are about 93% reflective.
Nobody can tell you how much you will yield; there are too many factors to consider. However, I once did an all fluoro grow with three plants, and my yield was about five ounces.
It looks like you're doing a good job, thus far. Keep it up, and I think you'll be happy with the results.
The above advice concerning HPS for flowering is good. Maybe next time you can buy some HPS lamps.
