I took some closeups of the trichomes and wanted to share the technique with you all.

Firstly sorry to those with lack of cameras.. phones etc.
I am aware that there are people out there who know this but some may not.
I have a Digital SLR with various lenses and learned a trick.
Use the lense in reverse.. Hold it in place or by using an adapter ring.
open the aperture halfway and take a number of shots with varying shutter speeds and/or with flash.
Works better with a lense 100mm and up..
Tip.. If you dont have a microscope to view your tichomes then you can zoom in a photopackage after you have taken the digital pic.
You can also use the reversed lense to look through without the camera for a closer view.. OPen the aperture all the way.. for this
By the way I have only got into macro stuff since my grow journal and have just ordered a 10x magnfying filter for my lense.. will put some pics on when I do.
Arrived today a 60x- 100x mini microscope.. fantastic.. but impossible to use with the camera..
