damaged plant

I was adjusting the hieght on my plant's lights when suddenly..WHAM! The fixtures smashed my lil babies . two just lost one sun leaf, but the one on the end lost its main top node,2 sun leaves, and a bud node. the Next day it picked up its leaves like if it was saying, "RESCUE ME!!" LOL. Anyway, does anyone know the cause besides telling me it's been shocked? Can this effect my yeild on crop? Never seen a plant do this before, though I metion it to ya's to compare and contrast opinions. Thanks. THCSkunk.

just keep using super thrive that help them thru that terrible moments in their life
you l be ok it will take litttle longer for that plant to be harvest but you yeild will stay the same but im not sure with the one that lost main top node that can be serious. i hope it all work perfect
