Eating marijuana, health effects?

I am looking for health effects of ingesting marijuana. If you have good information, personal experience or facts you wish to share I would appreciate it.

By far the strongest high Ive ever had from MJ, It allowed me to reach 100% pain free ! And it puts me into REM sleep asap for several hours at a time

No I havent eaten it raw, but ive read a few studies on doing that
and it does have its benifits ! I usually have it in cookies, or brownies
tho !
